Please arrange to get the item delivered collected and refund my. Rs.****/- immediately.

The same problem is with the prepaid order of JBL Flip * which has been sent worth Rs. ****/- but it just like a cylindrical brick.

There is no return policy. The address for return has the name of a locality in Gurgaon or Delhi without the name of the person or organisation to whom it should be returned to.
