Ajio online shopping - Wrong package received

On *st October, my product ( puma shoes) arrived and my mother was the one to receive the product. She didn't knew that the product was already tampered. After I came back home I saw the product it was already opened from one end and was inappropriately packed with a celotape. I asked my mother if she did that she said no. I feared that something is wrong. When I opened the package from the other end I saw the shoe box was torn. When I saw inside there were no shoes but two pieces of sponge. I immediately called the customer care, they refused to lodge my complaint. When I insisted them they gave me a complaint no. and told that it will be resolved within * days. And since then I kept on calling them, sending them mails but no response and later they marked my issue as resolved. They duped me of Rs. *,***. Kindly help.
