Urbanix women s winterwear - Wrong package received

I ordered a Women’s Winter Trench Coat from the website urbanix.in (Urbanix Women’s Winterwear). The product shown on the website was a high-quality women’s trench coat. I chose Cash on Delivery and paid ₹*** upon receiving the parcel on ** December ****.
However, when I opened the package, I found that the seller had sent a completely different and fraudulent item — an old, used men’s trouser. The item is dirty, worn out, and clearly not what I ordered. This shows intentional cheating by the seller.
The invoice on the package lists the seller as “IVORY WEAR / Shopping Mart”, which does not match the website I purchased from. The return policy on their website is fake and incomplete, with no return address provided. The seller is not responding and appears to be involved in systematic e-commerce fraud.
I request urgent action for a full refund of ₹*** and for strict action to be taken against this fraudulent seller.
