Trendy haul - wrong package is delivered and now owner is not seeing my messages

I ordered a pair of shoes from Trendy haul which i saw on Instagram. I ordered it on * September and the package is received on * sept. The shoes what is ordered and the shoes i received is different. Now i am facing mental issues coz the owner is not responding i know **** is not a big amount but for me it is coz i saved it for around *-* months. The brand location is in Navsari Nearby Noor Travels and general store.
