chinagpay flyweb ltd - wrong package delivered

I was order on dtd **.**.** for Sofa which shows differ price and amount deduct from my account was differ.....
and also no customer care no. on their mail , i was sent a mail them to cancel my order and refund my amount but no confirmation from their side.
today on dtd **.**.** i received one pendant with chain worth INR rs.** only .
