I have ordered a combo of * stylish denim shirts for Rs *** and an additional Rs *** for shipping charges. So the net amount of Rs *** paid. Instead of what I have ordered received * ordinary shirts in which one is torn out and in poor condition and all * doesn't even match neither the description nor the image shown in the website. Moreover, the same website doesn't have a signup option in order to track the order or request to return the order. Also no proper response from customer care.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
