gogirlish com - Wrong package delivered

I had ordered camera lens protector and a samsung z flip* cover costing Rs.*** and Rs.**** each on ** feb ****. I received the shipment on * Feb ****. I was shocked to see a cheap quality cover which is not what i ordered from their website of gogirlish.com . Tried reaching their customer care number +** **********, which was switched off. then through WhatsApp there was a auto response. Next day from another number +** ********** i received the message stating what was the concern. i attached photos and briefed them about the issue. On week day they mentioned the dispatch team is on leave for * days post that there is no update. i emailed them too on *th Feb ****. There is no response from their end too. there is no option to raise requent for return or refund in their website apart from number or email Id.
