I had ordered a Combo on **th Feb to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's day (**th Feb), items worth ****.** (including Teddy Bear, personalised Mug, roses and * large Cadbury Silk chocolates. Next day I tried to reach them via Chat service (no phone numbers listed) but unable to reach after multiple attempts. Only around evening *:** PM they delivered her the product. She got * roses and * Dairy Milk chocolates worth ** rupees. They are basically fraud and people should stop ordering from them. Previously I ordered a cake for her birthday in Sep **** and it was in bad shape (melting). Do not get carried away with the fancy site or mobile app, they don't value people's surprising moments, affection, time and no customer service basically and no way you can reach them. Please stop ordering guys, your money will be totally wasted.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
