MELA BRIGHT DOUBLE LIPS - WRONG PACKAGE DELIVERED RETURN NOT INITIATED

On **th february **** i ordered mela bright cream ** grm pack of **pcs x *set = **pcs from meesho online shopping app. I paid rs. ***/- for the same. Later on when i recieved the same on *th march **** and opened i found an item that i didn't ordered that too amounting to rs. **/- . When i applied for the return i received a reply that the return initiated and the order will be picked up in *-* days. Today is *th april **** and still the return is pending and on calling to the customer they are continuously committing me for next *-* days.
