And I requested for cancelation immediately via email.
And i received the following confirmation email
Thank you for contacting us regarding Order *******. As your order is currently in processing status and has not
been shipped yet, we have proceeded with the cancellation as per your request. You will receive a confirmation
email shortly.
Please allow some time for the payment refund via Paytm to reflect in your account. If you need any further
assistance, feel free to reach out.

But later the product was shipped and i received a different cheap product worth not even quarter of the price i payed.
So I sent them the unboxing video and photo of the unpacked product asking them to raise a return pick-up and provide me a refund. And i have been following up for ** days now and they always reply saying :
Our team is still coordinating with the logistics partner and will provide you with the confirmed return pickup timing within the next few hours.
But nothing happens.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
