Show off - Wrong package delivered and pick up yet not done

I had ordered a womens jogger’s pant from Nykaa fashion on **th jan but I received a wrong product instead. When I raised a pick up request the delivery guy refused to accept it citing reason that the product is not matching with the picture on Nykaa fashion app. I told him I’m retuning it since it’s not the product I’ve ordered but he told me he’s just a delivery guy n his manager has asked him to not collect it. Am in touch via mails with some lady known as Anjali from support@nykaaafashion whose driven me crazy. She asked me to refuse any pickup cos they have already raised one. Once ur refuse they will close the request n raise a new one to pick up the product. I’ve done the refusal thrice with code given to me by the delivery guy to cancel the pick up request yet there’s been no action taken n the product is still lying with me. I don’t undstd why am I been made to wait to return a product which is sent wrong by Nykaa fashion. This is sheer harassment from the team and I don’t expect such irresponsible behaviour from Nykaa fashion
