https www instagram com indian bride collection - Wrong package delivered and not responding when i asked for refund

I have ordered a dress (Lengha) with a combination of black & pink color on **/**/**** for Rs *,*** from instagram seller profile URL-"https://www.instagram.com/indian_bride_collection/" & watsapp contact -wa.me/************. This page assured me that for a differnt/ damaged peice they will provide refund/ return. I have received a parcel from them on **/**/**** and i found the dress is different (pink color dress). I messged them via wats aap on same day stating i recevied a totally different product and i need refund but after droppimg multiple messages and calls they never responded me back.
Later i posted a review on thier page explaining my experience and they blocked me on instagram. Tracking# is *************. I have all the proofs with me. This ia totally a fraudlent act. I need my refund. Also, they should be punished for what they are doing.
