I have ordered branded style shirts combo pack of * shirts on the **th of October .I received the product on the *th of November in the evening. But on receiving the shirts I was really very disappointed and annoyed at their service. On opening the parcel I saw that I have received a wrong set of combo which I have never seen at all (I have attached the pictures of the shirt combo which I have received). I was really annoyed. Moreover the linen quality of the combo which I received was so bad that I could not imagine. I am really upset with their service and also the quality. I wanted to return the shirt which I received and get the correct combo of shirt which I wanted or wanted my full money back.But after that day they never responded to my mails till date. They even do not have their customer care number displayed on their website. It is not about the amount which I lost but it is the harassment and disappointment I had to face due to this process. So I want an action to be taken against this company.
