Nonstop Wears - Wrong package delivered

I had ordered * night suit sets on *th July ****, for Rs. *,***/- (Order No. NSW*******). I received an email from their end for order confirmation and on *th July **** in the morning I received the order but I received an extremely poor quality saari instead of the nights suits that I ordered and paid for. I sent them an email on *th July ****, their website mentions for a ** day return & exchange policy. I did not receive any confirmation for the same so I tried calling on their helpline number. The number also comes out to be switched off. I have tried calling on the number alot of times at different hours but it is constantly coming out to be switched off, neither did I get any revert on the emails I sent asking for the exchange of the product or refund of my money.
