Crazendemand Sarees - Wrong package delivered

I delivered the georgette designer saree. They delivered local cheap and outdated off colours product of saree. I need my money back because my sister wedding is coming near within * days. So I purchase it for the wedding only and now they are not receiving my call and message for return purpose Please help me for getting my refund back as soon as possible.
