I've ordered * lehengas from shulabh creative. But both of them were not the same when it delivered. So i call the customer care to do a refund. But they are asking for my debit card ATM number and it's details, when i didn't agreed, then they were started abusing me, and said that they won't give the money, go to police, do whatever you want.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
