Stylish_drapes - Wrong package and no response

have ordered ankarkali dress yesterday i have received the order it was completely different one and moreover the size was L whereas i ordered for M size and there was some gold work added at the end. I am trying to reach out to them and they ain’t responding to txts nor my calls i need them to help me Asap coz this is compeltly unfair
