I have seen a heavy discount on Facebook and ordered a gown from limeline.in on **.**.****. I got the delivery of the dress on **.**.**** by smartship. They refused to take the money by card. So I had to pay by cash. Later when I dispatched the cover I found cut pieces of clothes that found on the floor of the trailer. I tried to call them but they didn't pick up the call. I mailed them regarding the return of the product. I got a reply message saying their customer executive will call me within ** hours. I got a call from ************ a day after from limeline asking for my atm details along with CVV no. And one OTP I will receive for the confirmation of refunding. The OTP I got for payment of online shopping of ****/- from OLACABS. Again I mailed them but the mail got rejected after one day. Please take action.
