I have ordered the lehenga for the rate of ***. When it got delivered I was shocked and frustrated. The thing what I got is one torn saree which is not worth ***. When I tried to call to customer care also they didn't pick up when putting the order for cancel also no one is responding.

I have ordered for lehnga and I received an old torn saree. I would like to exchange it otherwise I would like to return it as early as possible. Otherwise, I will file the case in consumer court.
I have requested for return of the product but they didn't even respond my mail regarding confirmation of return request.
