I have ordered * kurti but instead of kurti I received a very poor old cheap saree. Now they are not responding any way. I want my money back.

I have ordered Saree Rd.*** but I received some other material not which I ordered moreover it was a cheap material too.. I requested for return and returns but no response as of now. Order copy attached.
