FYNEKART - Wrong Order Delivered

I have ordered * Kurtis from Fynekart.com on **.**.****. but I have recived * poor quality sarees on **.**.****. They have given an email ID for support i.e support@fynekart.com for returning the order.I have wrote many mails but no body has replied. THey also have a Facebook page with the name FYNEKART and i have messaged there too but all in vain. They have even deleted the comments from facebook. Kindly help.
