BIMAL AUTO AGENCY INDIA PVT. LTD - Wrong old telematic device installed without remote operations

I got a TELEMATIC device installed for remote operations in my XL*. They did not tell me that the device they are installing is old model and will not have remote functions. I was told it will.start functions after driving *-* Km. When I called them they said only old model fits in the XL* which do not have company fitted and that this version did not have remote functions. Neither them, nor the Nexa website talks of this difference. I paid ***** for no reason. This amounts to cheating, by NOT telling customer about the difference and giving old technology.
