Royal choice India - Wrong next payment details shown in account

Being meesho supplier we received * orders having no. ********* & *********, ********* was cancelled before shipping and other one was delivered successfully but in payment section of my account that order no.********* was cancelled and -*** rs. payment shown to be debited from my account. It might be due to some entry error and due to this error we will loss *** rs i.e ***+*** (payment of order + return shipping).
