On September **, ****, I booked tickets for the **:** PM show of "Mirai (Telugu)" via BookMyShow. The CBFC certificate clearly indicated that the movie would have English subtitles. However, upon commencement of the film, there were no English subtitles displayed. This is a direct violation of the Cinematograph Act, ****, which attracts penal provisions under the law.

When I brought this to the attention of the screen manager, he informed me that the film received did not include any subtitles, despite the certificate stating otherwise.

I have attached a screenshot of the movie certificate for your reference.
