I have booked two items one was on Amazon and payment did with RBL Credit card, but first one among them I cancelled and amount was refunded back by Merchant within *-* days so ideally they should automatically preclosed that EMI but they didn't close and waiting for my consent but when I confirmed the same on email, by mentioning clearly, kindly preclose EMI for only my first booking for which full amount has been refunded by Merchant, but they preclosed both and now that second one which I suppose to pay in EMI, whole amount has been added in my last month statement for which due date is *th May and when I dropped dozens of email for the same, I am not getting reply, no proper chat service, no Call Service and ignoring mails too...
Kindly check and assist me on this.
