Apollo Pharmacy - Wrong model aqua check strips given

Dear Team,
on **th Oct -**, i have asked for Aqua check sugar strips at Apollo pharmacy, Hanumanpet, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad.
for the same pharmacist has given the aqua check active strips .. with out asking for model of instrument.
After reaching home, i have tried to insert the strip in instrument, which is not getting fit for Aqua check instrument.
Then i realized that i have Aqua check -Insta instrument.. pharmacist has given the Aqua check -active strips. which is not suitable.
am unaware as there will be * different models in that and the same not informed by pharmacist .. which is his basic responsibility of them.
i have just opened the pack.. not used single strip also.. but Apollo pharmacy and there customer care is no accepting there mistake ..Just blaming me as we have given what you have asked.
My question is i have just asked as aqua check strips..have not asked for active strips.. then why pharmacist has given he active strips to me ?
Irresponsible response from pharmacy and Apollo pharmacy Customer care.
There is no care at all in Call Center.
The cost of this product of Rs.***/-, am apollo customer since ** years.. there are not considering this also for replacement.
Kindly look into this.
