My consumer number is **********.
I have problem with wrong meter charge amount approximately *****
While my meter was not showing anything on display. Nbpdcl sending to me bill continously since January **** to July ****.
During the meter defective bill as bow.
January **unit (MD), February **unit (MD), March **unit (MD), April **unit(MD),May **unit(MD),July ***Unit(MD).But my previous unit always coming like that **/**Unit.
Inthis period I was complaint *times regarding for meter defective then nbpdcl team was changed the meter in January **** but without updated in the system. Now my new bill coming with late fees. This is the nbpdcl problem.
I need re correction of my bill since January **** to till Date.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
