Apollo Pharmacy - Wrong medicine given

On **th February at **.**:pm my husband went to Apollo pharmacy,Bosepukur to buy some medicine.
He had shown the prescription of the doctor,taken the medicines n came home by paying rs ****/-
When I was about to give the my * year old child the medicine I realised that a very high dose ( more than double)** mg medicine has been given instead of the doctor's medicine which is * mg only.
How can a pharmacy do that?
My child would have gone to hospital if he would have taken that medicine.
When I went to charge them they claimed the syrup for the child was out of stock instead we gave a high dose medicine.
The name of the medicine is XYZalM.
