Apollo Pharmacy Bangalore - Wrong medicine Delivered

My wife went to Apollo Dental Clinic In Ananth Nagar, Electronic City Bangalore on August **th at *:** a.m. to see the doctor for my daughter, who was suffering from a bladder infection. We took the doctor's prescription to the Apollo Pharmacy within the Apollo Dental Clinic after the consultation. At the time, Apollo Pharmacy did not share the bill. My wife returned home after collecting the medicine. My **-year-old daughter took those medications for two days, but her condition worsened.

When we read the tablet description, we were shocked to see that the pharmacy delivered REGESTRONE TAB instead of the recommended drug (Nitrofurantoin *** mg Tab). I have a doctor's prescription and a pharmacy bill to back up my claim.

My daughter would have been admitted to the hospital by now if I hadn't stopped taking the regestrone. but this delay in taking the right medicine already caused a lot of damage and might take * weeks of time in recovery.
Later, I went to the clinic and cross-checked this medication with the doctor; even the doctor was startled by the pharmacy's neglect.
Due to this neglence, we had to spend a lot of money on different test (UltraSouund, Blood test etc) to see any other damage.
