I had ordered three different sizes of sofa set cover for *,*, and * seater sofa on ** April ****. I received a package against cash on delivery on **th April ****. After opening the parcel, I found only one window curtain of *×* feet size in the package. Immediately I called back the delivery boy and told him the truth. However he refused to take back wrong parcel and advised to file online complaint. The tracking ID number is NMBC********** and PIN ***.
On search, I found some email address and phone numbers over there. All the email which I sent, could not be delivered. One of the number I made a call, proved fraudulent and I was dupped for additional financial loss. Now again I am hereby making this efforts to file the complaint. My mobile number is ********** and a retired person of ** years. May I request your good selves to kindly look into matter and do the needful.
I am ready to see visit your Thane Charai office and explain the matter in detail.
