Detail of online purchasing

 On May -**** I place order (**************) for Split AC (from Online Site Add me Cart) against advanced payment of **,***/rs.
 I receive the AC unit (free delivery from Add me cart side as per on line offer) by June **** at my end in two parts (inner unit and external unit) against advanced payment **,***/rs.
 I arrange local engineering team to install the AC unit
 Just open the outer shipper and poly bag of inner unit and comes to know that vendor (Add me cart) supply wrong inner unit of AC
 As instead of Hitachi AC inner unit found Panasonic AC damaged/scrapped piece
 I immediate repack the unit and stop the installation plan
 Outer unit Still not opened and verified by me
 I immediate inform to the vendor regarding the mix-up /wrong supply
 When I review the customer feedback, I felt that it is planned and intentional case of fraud with me.
 Supplier/vendor start torcher to me like – no response on mail communication, ask me to share the opening video, share the photo, order number repeated and repeated
 I provide all the detail in so many times but getting nil response after that I try to reach from another mail ID and wats -up number, I got immediate response initially as new customer but when I ask for my delivery again no response from vendor end
 Vendor demand me to share the video during opening the unit ,I reply that it is not any term and condition during material procurement that we have to make the video during opening the outer box ,yet I share the video because when I come to know that packing is not like new material packing I start to make the video and same video share to the vendor.
 No telephone number available to discussion
 After that I apply (by paying fee amount ) for justice with ON LINE LEGEL COMPLIANCE and legal notice provide to vendor with notice period, but no response found from vendor end
