Early Salary - Wrong Loan Amount and EMI

HI I have requested loan of * lakh from early salary on * april ****, which is got disbursed by early salary as well, till *nov i was paying the EMI according to that ****, then all of sudden i received call from early salary saying that my EMI is due which was already deducted by NACH on *nd of nov itself, then they said no EMI amount is *****, i got shocked and when i checked in mobile app my loan amount got doubled * lakh ***** and EMI amount also got doubled ****** , when i checked with Early salary they said due to some technical error * lakh amount got disbursed twice, and after * month now they have realised their mistake and without my consent they increased the EMI, so if go back to bank statement and check there is only one transaction from early salary * lakh, and other day i received one more same amount but from other source NEFT transaction for which i asked to my bank same day itself who is source but bank said its NEFT transaction and they don't know about it i waited for a month that time in april to check if someone has done it by mistake and call me back , but when no response received and i used it, now after * month early salary is calling me and saying this amount is transferred by them and they increased my EMI without even asking me which is out of my pocket, not am forced to pay for loan amount which i have not even asked for and they are asking me to pay double EMI, please help me
