Titan Eye Sehore 7 Ward Plot 5 Main Rd beside Reliance Fresh Kohefiza Bairagarh Bhopal Madhya Prades - Wrong Lense Size

I bought progressive lenses at Titan Eye Plus (Kohefiza branch, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh)

The person who attended (Mr. Aman), said he will get me the frame, I required, from Titan online website and made me paid for the progressive lenses

Lenses came very late, but frame never came

For this setback, and upon discussion with customer care in a conference call, my lenses were transferred to Malviya Branch. When I went there, they too didn't have the frames I require

I waited, for the festive season, So I could get more variety

During Diwali season, I went to Titan Eye plus shop at DB Mall (on **th Oct ****) and selected a frame there

When I gave them the lenses, I purchased at Kohefiza Branch, they say size of the lenses are not matching frame size, hence I may face issues in that

Additionally, they say, for progressive, first frame is selected, and lenses are ordered as per frame size

A complaint (complaint no. **********) was raised on **th Oct ****, still no response from Titan Eye Plus

I went to a wrong Titan Eye Plus branch (Kohefiza), for the trust I have from Titan Eye Plus as a brand, I am using for the last **+ years

What should I do now ?
