REEBOK SHOES ADI SPORTS INDIA PVT LTD - Wrong Kids shoe delivered against Mens extra size shoe

I had ordered for REEBOK Road Supreme Size **.* Shoes for men vide order no.********* dated **th Aug ****. An amount of Rs **** has been paid by me on shop*reebok.com site. The shoe delivered was REEBOK Kids shoe which is of no use to me. Reebok customer service apologised for the error and they said it will be picked back and amount refunded. Umpteen calls and compalints asking for taking back the wrong shoe and refund the money fell on deaf ears. Please help. I never expected an International Brand would cheat its customers so badly.
