instyle fashion new delhi - Wrong items received and refund issue

From my *-* orders, not even a single is fulfilled properly. I spent Rs. ****-****. In fact wasted. So many times I have been said to pick up the suits and refund the amount. But no solution provided till date. I have all the proofs of the items received or not received and the harassment which I have been facing for last *-* months. An official mail was also sent by my side recently which was infact responded but no resolution. Also the whatsapp number provided for orders, we have been getting response if we order something but no status updates or query updates. For the most recent order an employee reached out saying that the order will be dispatched within a week that too after a month of ordering it (** feb, **) due to shortage of items and still the item was not received, again no update and even the number is not reachable now. Almost four months have been passed neither are they responding via chat/call nor dispatching item or providing refund. Kindly send an email to this company for immediate action(preferably refund). We clearly have no interest in receiving the items now and they can even pick the wrong items but they need to make sure we get the refund at the earliest(maximum within a week) or we file a legal notice against them.
