Tkameez.com - Wrong items delivered

I placed an order for * tshirts at ***rs which was on offer. What i got was a cardigan and a hoodie.
When i wished to contact them ,the customer care number was not available. I submitted an email to their mail id. I wish to get the real products that i ordered or a refund. When i looked into this matter i saw several customers saying the same thing about the company. I dont know if this is spam. I ordered through an ad from instagram that i saw. Please help anyone
