My order *****************A contained * strips of FOL *** MF. But netmeds delivered two strips of FOL *** MF and * strip of FOL ***. After complaining about the same and sharing the proof. Netmeds accepted it's mistake and arranged a reverse pickup. After **-** days a courier guy came for pickup. While handing over the medicine he denied pickup stating he is expecting * items to be returned whereas you are returning only one. Again I raised issue with netmeds, to which their rep apologized and assured a pickup within ** hours. Now again almost * days past and for my email they are constantly replying we have forwarded the issue to concern team.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
