Coversdeal - Wrong items delivered all pieces are defected as they cannot fit the phone sizes are small

I called them that covers are not fitting same day at the time of delivery . They said to send photo and video of all covers on there mail id . I did it the. They replied with a video , i did that also but still covers are not getting fit . Now they are not picking up calls and not even replying.
