Ordered pack of * casual shirts, received defective and low quality tshirts. Raised return request via their support email id beyourdbrand@gmail.com, the email bounced since the provided email id doesn’t exist. Checked the order status on their webpage and it shows not delivered whereas i have paid for the order via COD mode. Totally a fraudulent business being run out there via Instagram ads and promotions. Taking the matter to consumer forum and cyber criminal department.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
