Watchplace - Wrong item shipped

I ordered a product from watchplace on **/**/**** of amount RS **** and as mention on the online they promised to give me a Sony wirless headphones with one pair sony earphones also but when I get the item in the box contained a wire headphones with cheap and not working condition.so I try to contact to seller ********** and the order confirmation no ********** but both the no switch off and then I sent a msg to email id accessoriesoffer****@gmail.com
But I don't get any response and any hope. So I try to get my Justice
