Jodhakbar.com - Wrong item sent by seller on purpose

I have ordered a dress from this site. They have sent a very cheap saree which wont even cost *** rs. Found that all the people who are ordering from this site seeing their images are receiving similar items. I have sent multiple emails to their mail Id. there is no response or refund. I even filled the return request form but of no use. The mobile number they have provided is redirecting to IVR which is again advising to send a mail or fill return form. On top of it, some one claimed to call me from the site saying they would refund my money and asked for my debit card details along with password. This company seems to be a fraud company who has already cheated multiple customers.
