heaven cake shop - Wrong item send
Tanay filed complaint against heaven cake shop on May 14, 2021
I have ordered black forest cake but send any different cake without asking me whether I want that or not. When I asked them to refund me or resolve they talked very rudely and when I said to them that this cake is no use of me as no one likes the flavour, they said they don't care whatever I do with this cake whether I throw it in dustbin or eat it. They are okay with food wastage as they only want money and nothing else. Please help me get my money back.
