I ordered a printed displayed AC and they send a plain displayed AC and after asking to replace or change they are saying they will not do and the way talking was also very rude like they are talking to a gangster not a customer. They are taking money and after that doing anything whatever they want, this is my humble request to please take some action against Reliance Retail Limited, Reliance Digital GT Road Asansol, **/** GT Road, Ashram More, Opp. Veteran Petrol Pump, West Bengal, ******.

I have purchased new inverter AC of haier company on **rd May ****. From last six month the flapper is in opened condition. After shutting down or in off position also flapper gets in open condition.
