Goyantra - wrong item recived which was not as per description

Via facebook link m purchase hi fi wireless earbuds *** hours battery and wireless power bank on * August.
It comes to me on * August and when I opened it this device is not as per description. In website wrong product recived page only show there mail address helpgoyantra@gmail.com.
M sending * to * email for register my complaint but can't recived a single e mail . In website also mention that if wrong product recived customer have to complaint with in ** hours from receipt. M trying many times to register my request but can't got any single response from their side.
