Hi. I had ordered a watch from Pro Store Fossil Explorist Hr Black Dial Men's Smart watch of Rs. **** on *st Aug **** I also received a confirmation email. I received a package on *th Aug **** the description on the box was about the watch I ordered but the box had FasTrack watches combo set which was not what I ordered. I have been trying to contact them since then. I have sent them a mail, tried to call them but yet I did not get any response from their side. Now I have been feeling that this site is a fraud. I would like to request you to help me with this problem and try to get me a refund from them. I have attached a picture of the mail of confirmation, wrong item that I received. I hope I can get a help soon.
