Tata Cliq seagate hard disk - wrong item received Seagate One Touch External HDD with Password Rose Gold

i am a user of tata cliq care and i order a external hard disk instead of i received internal hard drive at the time of delivery i also raise a request to customer care that i received a wrong item that tata cliq delivered to me and the said that you should wait and we will investigate the case of your order and give you a resolution and finally they give us a final resolution after **days is that we all checked and we process a correct item to you so that's why we can't process your request . So this is a resolution to raise a complaint to you that I received the wrong item that you delivered. After that your team said we can't give you a replacement or a refund . Now sir please tell me where i go and from whom i complain against what happened to me.and who give me a justis about my product
