Queenshop.in - Wrong item received return and refund promised yet not able to contact the website holders

I ordered a gown but instead, I received a saree. I tried to contact the website holders but was unable to contact them as the email and number they have provided are fake. Gmail is not able to send the message and when we call them all we hear is our voice.
