Ontheshopsaree - Wrong Item Received facing problems for refunds

I had ordered a saree on Facebook shop, and it is not as per image shown in the photo, and I had opened that in front of Delivery guy, but he said you need send complaint then only you will get refund and they will collect your saree also. So I called the customer care and they are asking me for my Bank CRN number and OTP which is very dangerous thing. and now they are not supporting me at all.
