Infrill.com - Wrong item received and no refund given.

Hi,
My name is Franklyn Nelson and I had ordered a Domino Dm *** (smartwatch) from infrill.com on **.**.**** which was priced at **** (Cash on delivery). I was advertised this particular watch on the website and when I recieved the parcel after paying the complete money I get a completely different cheap quality and cheap valued product which does not even have a name (assuming it's a China product).
The product that I recieved was completely different than what I had ordered and what I was advertised. I then tried arranging for a return by sending a mail as well as trying on the website (infrill.com).
There is no response from the seller and no reply to my emails that I have sent repeatedly. Trying to get a helpline number, I googled about the website, and I learn that I'm not the only one who has been fooled and looted by this website, there are many more people who have tried to order the same product and have faced the same issue where they have got a completely different product.
I have saved money and borrowed money in order to get the watch that I was advertised and promised (domino dm***).
Now the company is not ready to pay the refund, replacement and not even replying to any of my mails.
I am genuinely requesting you to please help me to get my money back. I have tried everything possible that I could from my side. I have faced alot of problem because of this issue. I would really appreciate and be thankful if I get my money back or if I get a compensation.
