I am trying to replace my defective product which is in warranty. My original product is type c to type c cable and car charger with type port. For the past ** months I'm trying to replace the same each and everytime boat sending me wrong products usb to type c and usb to micro usb. With two usb port car charger. My warranty going to expire in a month still no yet received the product.
Tried email call chat each and every agent either disconnected call or chat else false commitment as they escalated the issue you will receive update in ** hours nothing happens. Some were extremely rude some were nice and polite but no results. Tried to do it good manner no results. Tried blaming the boat nothing happened.
Even suggested to call before sending replacement no one called. Call agent mention the comments correctly still replacement team don't read. I wrote email with screenshot of my product still wrong part received. What else left?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
